Let's meet up at Mission Dolores Park on October 1st !!

We will draw the portrait with India ink on authentic Japanese paper. And we also plan that we dress you with Kimono and take your photo.
Please come and find us at Dolores park between 13:00 to 16:00 on the 1st. We will be wearing Kimono. When it rains, we won't be there!
We want to send a message to Japan to encourage the survivors and are looking for contributors!

宮城県七ヶ浜市ににんじんの種が届きました

 農業を通して被災地の自立支援活動を行っているnoico( http://todokeru.noico.jp/ )を通じて
NPO法人アクアゆめクラブで災害復興支援事業を担当している方に野菜の種を託していただきました。

塩害を被った宮城の地でも育つ野菜を被災者の方々に育てていただき、食べたり売ったりしていただこうという自立支援活動です。
noicoの落合さんのご協力のもと、にんじんの種のパッケージに１枚ずつメッセージを貼り付けてた状態でお配りすることができました

今後noicoでは宮城県の七ヶ浜市にある総合スポーツセンター内に建てられた仮設内に畑を作ったり、被災した農家の畑で野菜をつくる活動をしていく予定だそうです。

OperationRとしても今後また自立支援活動になんらかの形で参加させていただきたいと考えています！
